Please note: Our summer prenatal yoga session runs from June 27, 2017 to September 5th, 2017, however there are no classes on August 8th, August 15th, or August 29th.

You don’t need to be a seasoned practicing yogini to reap the benefits of prenatal yoga.

Prenatal yoga gives you the opportunity to connect deeply with the life you are growing, gives some relief to the common symptoms of pregnancy and prepares you physically and mentally to labor.

Linking yoga postures that are safe for your stage of pregnancy with the breath, allows you to explore the mind, body and spirit as well as the spirit of your Baby. Gently stretching those areas (which may be beginning to feel a little stiffer than they were in your pre-pregnancy body) gives relief to swollen feet, insomnia, heart burn, veracious veins, nausea and sciatica to name a few common symptoms. Prenatal yoga helps to strengthen the uterus, open the hips and give helpful breathing techniques in preparation for a healthy child birth.

Our classes take place in a safe, nurturing environment where you can ask questions and build relationships with other Mothers to be.
