Mom and Baby Yoga

Unwind layers of tension, stand taller and feel stronger. This is a mom focused class, and there are opportunities to connect with your little one through movement and touch.

Options are given if you want a little more challenge and modifications offered if you’re feeling the need to take a step back.

A mom centered class also gives you the opportunity to connect with other moms and for babies to play and socialize.
