Prenatal Yoga

8 week 2024 Prenatal Yoga Session

Prenatal yoga gives you a chance to connect with other Mommas to be, stretch and strengthen the muscles and tissues that support the on going changes during pregnancy, helps prepare you physically and mentally for labour and gives you some tools in the form of breath and movement to guide you right into and through labour itself.

8 weeks (Starts May 7th to June 25th)
Tuesdays 7pm to 8pm
Taught by Rebecca Bolden

$150 for the 8 week session.
