Parent and Child Yoga

Join us for a session of yoga especially designed for parents and children.

This is an opportunity to play and move with your littles, while exploring mindfulness tools like breath and how to move our bodies to calm when needed, to energize when needed, to strengthen when needed and to become flexible when needed, on and off the mat.

$55 for parent and child
+$45 for 2nd child
+$35 for 3rd child
